La soundtrack officielle de Majora’s Mask comprend pas moins de 112 pistes tirées du jeu original et réparties sur deux CD. Elle a principalement été composée par Koji Kondo, Toru Minegishi n’ayant œuvré que sur quelques pistes (« Battle », « Mini Boss » et « Boss Battle »). Il s’agit d’ailleurs du premier travail de Minegishi concernant la série. Il reviendra par la suite pour d’autres épisodes comme The Wind Waker ou Twilight Princess.
